Together we will define what type of candidate(s) you are looking for and your company culture and the role the candidates(s) are supposed to vacate. Then we find potential candidates via. LinkedIn’s advanced algorithm search and through our network.
The Candidate List contains:
- Uncovering a job profile at an online meeting.
- Preparation of a Longlist that typically contains 20-30 candidates depending on complexity and demand.
- Candidates are contacted on LinkedIn.
- Interested candidates are interviewed by phone based on job and cultural match.
- The best 3 candidates are booked for an interview with you.
If you want to test the candidates individually, you also have the opportunity to purchase a persona profile, cognitive ability test or a case.
The Candidate List saves you time searching for the needle in the haystack and subsequently spend time meeting the candidates, typically outside normal working hours. We take care of all of the above and schedule the job interview directly in your calendar through our online HR system.
